BURNSVILLE, Minn.-city of Burnsville says apartment village State has failed to meet the terms of the license and have a rental license is revoked 2012.
The letters were sent out to residents of the apartment to tell them that they will be expelled because of cancellation of license. Residents must vacate their house on March 1, 2012.
City of Burnsville says has worked with the owner of the apartment village State from May 2011 to address violations of the code, but officials have failed to meet the owner’s repairs were needed.
